From August 31 until September 4 I spent my time volunteering for the New York State Republican Committee at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While the week did not start out too great, by the time it was all over it was literally the best week I have ever had. The main speakers scheduled that night were former Tennessee Senator and presidential candidate Fred Thompson and Connecticut Senator and former Democrat Joe Lieberman.
